The “R.E.A.L. Compass School Edition” is a new initiative designed to expand the Compass institution into in‑person events hosted directly in schools across Greece. The goal is to give students the opportunity to meet professionals and experts from a wide range of fields, offering them inspiration, guidance, and reliable information about their future academic and career paths. Each year, the event will be hosted by a different school, a few weeks before the large online Compass conference.
For this pilot year, we begin with the 3rd General Lyceum of Polichni in Thessaloniki. This first edition allows us to test the structure of the event, gather feedback, and create promotional material for future years.
Starting next year, we plan to introduce a school competition, where schools will submit material (e.g., a short video) explaining why they would like to host the “R.E.A.L. Compass School Edition.” Priority will be given to remote and regional schools, ensuring that students with fewer opportunities for career guidance gain access to high‑quality information and support.
